PROJECT MANAGEMENT


First timers in the field of project management, this one is for you. This training is an introduction into Project Management and Business Analysis. There are various entry roles in this field; Project Management Officer, Project Support Officer, Project Coordinator, Junior Project manager, Project Assistant etc. This training will prepare you to take up any of these roles. It is a 4 weeks training, which involves you being placed on a live project as part of a team. This way, it is not only what you learn in the classroom but what you do practically that counts towards your experience.

PROJECT SUPPORT (P.M.O)


Business Analysts are responsible for gathering requirements on a project. Some of their key skills include requirement elicitation, good documentation and presentation, Visual modeling and critical thinking. The knowledge of tools for managing requirement is also essential. This training is a 4 weeks training and is classroom based. However, after your first 2 weeks, you will be placed within a project team as a Business Analyst on the project. This way you gain practical work experience.

AGILE PROJECT MANAGER


Want to learn agile and understand why it is a popular methodology preferred by businesses, this two day course will teach you some popular agile methodologies like Kanban, Scrum, XP, Lean, TDD, DSDM, and others. You also learn to apply agile in a full software life cycle, understand how to develop a product vision, gather requirements, write user stories, estimate and prioritise user stories. You also learn how to monitor iterations using EVM, Burn-down charts, and task boards; the agile type of risk monitoring using risk Burn-down charts, reporting issues using defect charts and communicating with stakeholders.

Business Analysts are responsible for gathering requirements on a project. The need to deliver quality IT products has become the foremost goal of software testing companies. Our training is designed to give you the skills required to be a professional software tester. It will teach you testing frameworks as well as software tools used for managing testing. The end user or customer must be the focal point of every product as such we’ll teach you how to think from their point of view and prepare your test data accordingly. This training will last for 4 weeks and you can continue testing our applications for another 8 weeks.
